A subprocessor is another organization/ legal entity separate from Pagero that processes customer personal data as a part of the provision of our services. Other common terms are &ldquo;subcontractor&rdquo; or &ldquo;supplier&rdquo;, but the term &ldquo;subprocessor&rdquo; refers to an entity supporting a &ldquo;Processor&rdquo; (in this case Pagero) according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Examples of subprocessors within the Pagero services are: hosting partners, print- or scanning partners and/or connectors to different governmental hubs.

Pagero uses subprocessors in order to provide our services to customers. In order to comply the the transfer rules of the GDPR and customer requirements, we have made sure that no personal data belonging to any customer based in the EU will be transferred or accessible from outside when using our core services. Please note however that if you/the customer has chosen to purchase add-on services that some of the add-on services may be supplied by a subprocessor outside of the EU in accordance with the list below. If you are unsure if you have add-ons included in your services from Pagero, please contact your sales representative.

In order to provide our services globally and deliver 24/7 support to our customers, we have employees based in different geographical locations. All Pagero entities with access to customer data are listed as &ldquo;Pagero Affiliates&rdquo; below. In our customer DPAs, these are called &ldquo;Affiliates&rdquo;.

Thales Cloud Securis&eacute; SAS (S3NS) has been added as an additional hosting provider. A notice was sent to all affected customers on the same date as this update. The provider will be used starting January 12, 2026.

Azets Document Solutions AB and Azets Document Solutions AS have been removed from the Pagero Online Add-On Services list and replaced by Crediflow AB for scanning services in Sweden and Norway. All affected customers have been notified separately.

Advanced Computer Software Group Ltd (former Cloud Trade Technologies Ltd.) is removed from the Pagero Online Add-On services list as they are no longer utilized. All affected customers have been notified separatley prior to this change.&nbsp;
