DNIT announces the schedule to implement mandatory e-invoicing for new taxpayer groups

New taxpayer groups must comply with the e-invoicing mandate in Paraguay
As of March 3, 2025, the obligation to issue all tax documents electronically for a new group of taxpayers begins.
SET unveils a resolution requiring specific taxpayers to exclusively use e-invoices
The recently published General Resolution DNIT No. 01 /2024 on Paraguay's Subsecretariat of State for Taxation (SET) website introduces a new category of taxpayers.
