The new draft act on the use of KSeF has been published
The Polish Ministry of Finance published a new draft act on the use of KSeF on September 1, 2025.
Poland publishes timeline for KSeF 1.0 to KSeF 2.0 transition
On August 29, 2025, the Polish Ministry of Finance released the official roadmap for the transition from KSeF 1.0 to KSeF 2.0, outlining key dates across testing, pre-production, and production phases.
Polish President signs final act making KSeF mandatory from February 1, 2026
On August 27, the Polish President signed the act amending the VAT Act that introduces mandatory e-invoicing via KSeF starting from February 1, 2026. The legislation is now awaiting publication in the Official Journal (Dziennik Ustaw) and will take effect the following day.

- B2G: All contracting authorities
- B2B: Buyer's consent required
- From February 2026 – All taxpayers
eSignature:

Archiving Period:
- 5 years
- 10 years under OSS scheme
- KSeF archives e-invoices for 10 years
