UAE specifies Implementation Timeline and Scope of e-invoicing obligation

With the issuance of two new Ministerial Decisions, the Ministry of Finance has established timelines for the phased roll-out of the e-invoicing obligation as well as the scope for implementing the system. The largest companies must comply by July, 31, 2026, followed by other businesses, before ultimately extending to government entities.

Pagero named pre-approved UAE service provider

The Ministry of Finance has published the long-awaited list of pre-approved accredited service providers. To comply with the UAE e-invoicing mandate, taxpayers may only use one of the service providers on the official accreditation list.

Major amendments to UAE VAT Regulations to accommodate E-Invoicing

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has amended its VAT Executive Regulations to adapt for e-invoicing, demonstrating its commitments to implement e-invoicing from July 2026.
